Turnkey Support: If requested, TPC can total turnkey your purchased system, including: project management, transportation, heavy rigging, light rigging and system commissioning.

Training: TPC will provide hands on and class room training for operation and maintenance.

Service: TPC will support all of our products with reliable and timely service. In the metal stamping business there is only one type of service call. (URGENT). TPC realizes this and will guarantee our best efforts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Maintenance: TPC understands that the pressure to produce parts often takes precedence to proper maintenance of equipment. TPC technicians can provide your press room with maintenance and repair schedules.

PARTS

TPC and Jier realize that support and maintenance are the most important issues with all of our customers. Providing timely service and parts is the primary goal of our technical team.

TPC carries a significant amount of Jier parts inventory located in our large warehouse in Toledo,OH. This allows for one of the quickest response times in the industry.

TPC also carries purchased components, and most of our purchased components are shelf items and fully supported by the oem supplier.
