Machine Stations:
Station 2: Feed-in Station: Shear in Combination, roll-feeder, measuring wheel, side guiding – Overhead transfer, 2 Buffering Positions, Centering & Transport
Station 3: Punching Station: Longitudinal Bending Station, Transfer XY (later described as station 3A), Punching-press 2 and embossing-press 3 with lay-off table (later described as station 4) Blanks are fed in, punched and transported through press 2 and 3 by means of a linear motor.
Station 4: Punching Station:
Station 5: Rotating Station: Depending of the type of product, left or right version, the blanks has to be turned over 180°, inlet-side becomes outlet-side. Because of the combination of product length and working height, the products are positioned lengthwise asymmetrically when turned over. The blanks are transported into the turning station by servo-controlled conveyor. The blanks stop on a detector and returns to it during turning over.

Station 3a: Transfer station XY, The unit transports the blanks from start-position, press 1, through press 2 of station 4 towards the lay-off table.
